Mr. Williams graduated cum laude from Southwestern University in 1974 and has been employed in a large law firm, small partnership, and is now a sole practitioner.

His post-law school education includes extensive training in mediation obtained at the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution (Pepperdine University), the Negotiation Strategy Institute (David Gold), numerous courses offered by the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and includes cross-cultural training provided through the Los Angeles Superior Court, as well as now-defunct programs in the Van Nuys Superior Court (VAST) and Glendale Superior Court (CRASH).

Mr. Williams' experience includes representation of major corporate entities, as well as insurance carriers and individuals. Mr. Williams has represented in excess of 1,000 individual claimants in his career and enjoys a spotless disciplinary record, as well as a complete absence of any claims relating to a failure to appropriately represent clients - either individual or corporate.

TRIAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Williams has tried over 75 cases to jury verdict, as well as hundreds of cases that have gone to trial without a jury. Mr. Williams is available to represent you individually, in a corporate capacity, or as an arbitrator/mediator.
